For those in Southern California, Metropolitan Water District’s Water Efficient Landscape Certified Professional (WELDCP) program offers advanced certification in water-efficient landscape design, irrigation, and maintenance. These professionals are trained to help customers meet local rebate requirements and maintain long-term water savings. Currently, a directory of certified professionals is available for Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and Ventura Counties, as well as the Inland Empire.
